This model has a stainless steel blade and rosewood handle. Grohmann offers classic Rosewood in many beautiful variations. From deep, rosy browns to blonde streaks, each handle is unique because no two handles are ever the same. A plantation grown mainly in eastern India, this special wood is chosen for its durability, color and rich grain. Good strong handle material that holds up better after use, but like any good knife with good quality steel it is not recommended to leave it soaked in water. Rosewood is always an excellent choice for a classic handle.
